Welcome to dimensionsix dot net

Welcome to dimensionsix dot net. This site, as you can currently see, is farily plain and ordinary, but in the near (at least, I hope near) future, it will be the growing home to a vibrant collection of writings about technology, politics, culture (e.g., music, movies, fashion, trends, etc.), and life in general. I intend this blog to be a bit different from the average blog out there because I intend to talk about all of these things in one place instead of specalizing my blog on one topic. Why? Because these are all things that I am passionate about. So I decided to have a unique blog where I can present my opinions to the world at large. I should say a small bit about myself. My name is Michael Romero. A lot of people know me by my nickname mero, which I tend to go by in this crazy online world — even though I also go by it in the crazy real world as well. I don’t have much to say about myself other than that I’m 23 years old, live in New Jersey, and work full time as a Help Desk Anaylist. I recently graduated college after five laborious years where I always sort of knew what I wanted with life, but was never quite sure how to achieve it. That’s really all I plan to say about myself. This isn’t meant to be a truly “personal” blog, by any means. I just wanted a place where I could wax philosophical about the things that interest me. I don’t have any delusions about changing the world, I just want to comment on it. Anyway, I just wanted to welcome everyone to this small corner of the man’s great internet (hey, if they do it small-i style, I do it small-i style) and hope everyone enjoys what I have to say. Look for more in the future. I hope to have an attractive (fully XHTML & CSS compliant) design up… eventually… It’s in the works. Welcome abord, kids. This should be fun.
